two-tone encode/decode on vx10

Hi,
Is it possible to encode/decode 2-tone sequencial pages with a vx10? I have the two-button keypad. I would like to get a full DTMF pad, however.

Is there a way to add/delete channels from the scan list on a 2 button vx10 using the keys on the radio?
