I managed to get this radio programmed... but now need some help with general operation... The basic radio operation seems to fine.. but the MON display stays on all the time and...

Is it possible to buy the software and cable for this radio ?? The local shop can program it.. but were not too excited about it.. thought it might be just as easy to find the cable and software...

I see the RIB and cable is very expensive.... not even w/the software...
