I know these messages are over a year old, but the mic in question (589-7600-022) is actually a re-labeled Icom HM-100T, even though it says EF Johnson and Product of Transcrypt on it. I use it (the EF Johnson one) on my Icom IC-2100H.

Does anyone have any info on programming the FTC-2645?

The FTC-2640 is diode matrix, but apparently the 2645 is an eprom module.

Yes, but I would use the Standard GX1510 software rather than the AMX Uniden software, just in case.

Yes, it is the same as the GX1510V (VHF)
The SMU4525KT is the same as the GX1510U (UHF)
