Pin 14 should follow the programming....if programmed with PL on decode it should be TOR.

There is no low power setting on the 30 series in software.
The 90 series does have a high/low.

The protalk radio has pre programmed freqs that the user chooses,the LMR can be programmed to any freq so self programming is not necessary.

Maybe use a thin 12 volt computer fan wired in to the SB and ground pins on the 15 pin jack......

Why would you hook the PA to an amplifier??(it is already amplified)

The same fuse serves the switched a+ at the rear 15 pin Molex...have you verified that it's missing?
