Using a portable with"Wills" extender is SUPER

Tk208 and tk308 Kenwood



We have worked the Kenwood TK208 40
channel vhf portable
and the tk308 portable but the 808?

The tk705 was a twenty year old mobile
self programmable vhf 16 ch mobile.
It was a great small mobile.

Too much RF power can be costly.


Too much rf power on a mobile can be costly.
Most mobiles are rated for 20% duty cycle.
So if you push the power TOO LONG
there goes the RF amp.
