VX510 TX audio gain

Is there a way to increase the TX audio on the VX510 radios? Unless you're right on the mic and talking loud, it's gonna sound weak on the receiving end.

The best solution?? Buy a house. Interest rates are at all-time lows and there's plenty of decent houses that can be had for a good price in Rochester.

Midland makes their own stuff, although they cross-brand with Icom on some radios.

RELM/Regency/Wilson - all the same.

I have programming and mods for some of these radios. Namely:

RELM 256 series (along with it's Regency and Wilson derivatives - VHF and UHF)

Midland 70-154 and 70-254 (and Icom V16/U16 equivalents)
