COR/receive indication from VX-4204

Is there an easy way to get COR indication from one of the accessory pins on the rear of the VX-4204-0-50?

If not, is there a hard way to do it?

Thanks!

What is TOR?

Just curious, as a search did not reveal the answer: what does TOR stand for?

Tone Operated Relay?

Talkgroup Operated Relay?
