Re: HYT Radios

The TC980 does in fact offer Zone aliasing. It is also programmable for a HOT DTMF keypad ,unlike the 780 model. Have had 1 in UHF and 1 in VHF here for 2 weeks, they have been working just as well as my TK2160 and HT1250 as far as RX and TX properties. The 2 tone decoding has been flawless, better than...

Re: HYT Radios

I guess the TC780 is never to offer Zone Aliasing.Kinda stupid for a radio offering multiple zone operation IMHO.
Supposedly the TC980 "WILL" offer zone aliasing.*Fingers Crossed here*

Re: Apollo VP200

Including myself,it seems every dealer that carries the VP200 is having problems with one thing or another.Out of 4 I sold,I had 4 come back for issues with stored voice features, reset functions or audio levels in speaker.
The price was too good to be true it seems.

Re: HYT Radios

Zone aliasing would be more important for me.Why bother with all the zones like a HT1250 and not be able to identify them? Especially in a 256 Channel radio.
I have a HT1550XLS with FFP but hardly ever use it.

I think it kinda sucks that you can order the same radio from Relm now called the RP7500 series. Also the 980 and 610 and also now the 700 series. ...

Re: HYT Radios

We have been a HYT Dealership since October 2007. Our bread and butter is and will always be Motorola but HYT has a niche for us and some customers. I have had good luck with the TC-600 and TC-610/620 portables. Also the TC-700 portable as it does MDC1200 compatible HDC1200.It also does HDC2400 signa...
