The VCO could go out of lock below 450. This could be confirmed by measuring the voltage on tie point CV. Should be between 0.8v and 4.4v. No, but should be a piece of cake... Two wires for TX audio go to MI2 pin 6 and ME (mic earth) pin 25. For PTT I hook high to AUX I/O 1 pin 24 and PTT REF to ground pin 7 You need to program AUX I/O 1 for "INPUT" and "EXTERNAL PTT (VOICE)" and active "LOW" in the KPG89D...

I have a drawer of diffeent sized spanners, but the easiest to us is a pair of curved end
needle nose pliers.

Press and hold scan button then press D/A. This will add or delete channels
from scan list. Press and hold scan, then press group up or down to

You could use mic jack, but then you couldn't use a microphone. Wire up db-25 and plug into back.
