Mine is one of the older models 145 to 174 MHz. Would appreciate any help in getting it moded to 136 to 174 MHz.

PC Config 1.30.7 won't open
Has anyone had a problem with PC Configure 1.30.7 not opening after it installed properly? I get an error message " The application failed to initalize propely (0xc0150002) Click to termitate the application" I am running Windows XP Pro. I have also tried this on 4 other computers with sam...
