Hi all --
I can't seem to locate the screws to put the belt clip back on the radio. Anyone know what size they are so can hit the hardware store and get some replacements? We have a GREAT store with lots of odd sizes and all, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Meatball and the other reply via email that I received... I should've checked out some places on the web first.

External anetenna for tk-x90
Anyone know if Kenwood or an aftermarket company makes an external antenna adaptor for the tk290/390 series. I may be looking for one in the near future to carry a different banded portable at work.
Thanks for any help.

That's what I figured after messing around for the last several days.
Thanks for the info, though - I appreciate it.

MRK Scan programming issue
Hi all -- I am programming up a MRK Scan UHF for someone who just bought it from me. One of the channels has a tone of 218.1. Programmer (ver R17A05/EDACS 4) will not let me enter it. When I checked the help file, it hinted that I can only enter tones up to 210.7. Can anyone shed some light on this ...

Thanks - I've done a lot of checking and comparison, but couldn't find anywhere what the display was and didn't think to check when I was at the dealer the other day. Just 8? Everybody else is higher, and they're still 8?... oh well. Considering pricing and financial status, maybe I'll stick with th...

I'm looking at picking up a p7100. Anyone know how many alpha characters can be programmed for channels, etc?
Any other comments?
Thanks.

Jeff has an aftermarket gain antenna that's great -- I think it's Centurion. I have one for my work HT1250 and my personal MRKII -- they make a significant improvement for me for reasonable cost. Should have Kenwood's connector...

Need VX900 knobs
Hi Gang --
I need a replacement volume and channel knob for a VX900. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Where I bought the radio from is no longer in business...
Thanks.
