Is there a way to have a "DUMMY" key just to save the radio programming?

Hi,
I currently have EFJ 5100ES Model I (No display).
From the info I got on here it's currently doing UHF 8-470 MHz.
What I want to know is, if it's possible to switch the radio to the 800mhz band?

I'm looking at a EFJ 5100 radio but the seller is not sure what option it has....
can someone decode this : 242-5183-810-DA
I need the 5100 to do Smartnet / Smartzone Digital 3600 baud , IP25 9600 Baud Trunking and DES encryption....
