hey guys I have 2 Olympian VHF mobiles and both are doing the same thing.........when you unkey the person your talking to hears what sounds like a metallic clank at end of your tranmission does it on everything Ive got programmed in them so its not ONE repeater etc that its doing it on. Im thinking...

thanks for that info man, I guess our unit and SWAT are the only ones that will be using the system that will have a need for occasional simplex and thats probably the case in all of these type scenarios

our county is in progress of installing an Open Sky 800 system our narcotics unit needed simplex channels in our radios and we were told we cant have that. They told us that we would have a "little box" that we would take with us and it would enable them units to do "simplex" ? I...
