UPDATE:

the original jammer has stopped but now he has someone else doing it, now I have another person to DF, This is getting fun now, we ignore the guy but he plays music constantly on our channel and makes racial slurs and profane comments. fun fun fun

when I was having issues programming our tk880's it turned out to be the power supply wasnt putting out enough amperage, apparently the mobiles need to be connected to a power supply that puts out 11 amps continuous.

Thats what I was wondering, I program the radios under XP on the only PC I've been able to get it to work on, we might have to buy a different cable or something to make this more reliable.
