Re: PCS

Hello n_zero_ndp

I had tried that method, and as it turns out, on this particular radio you have to press hard on both. The radio is up and running fine now. Thank you for the reply.

Okay..........After setting up to go through the program BUT before I connected the cables, I changed the battery and tried to demonstrate the problem for our chief, but it went away, even though I must have changed that battery a dozen times. The only thing that was NOT working was the channel knob...

MPA Band Split

Lets get the disclaimer out of the way first. I am not a radio tech. That being said, is it possible to change an MPA with a split of 136-150 MHz to 136-160 MHz? Any help with this question would be great.

Thanks

MPA Clone???

Much to my surprise, I have added several MPA Scan 800 EDACS radio's to my radio stable recently. One of them is programmed to receive only (the other 2 power up to test screens), and was wondering if it is possible to "clone" the others to the same set-up?? I would also like to add the I-...

Hello all, I am new to this forum, but can anyone give me a web link (if any) where refurb/new case parts (body, knobs, keypads etc.) and part diagrams for the M-PA System portable can be obtained? I can't seem to locate any. Any help would be great.
