Re: TK-630H 6 meter
Better 2 months late than never. Select SPTUNE in the software. That will allow out of band. I have a hi split TK-630 on 6 meters and it worked great.

Or just buy this and do them your self. Will be cheaper than shipping them somewhere.

Re: ICOM A23
CL-ERR means clone error. Basically the radio has amnesia and there is no programming information. You will need to clone it from another working radio or get the software and a computer to radio cable and reprogram it.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. The USB just has the USB-Serial converter built in.

Yikes, you have your work cut out for you. I googled around as I'm sure you have and found nothing.

I have a TK-630, but sadly no manual. It does work just fine on 6 meters though. Which band split do you have?

Re: Newbie question about Kenwood TK2300
You need software KPG-120D to program it and cable KPG-22 to connect the radio to the computer. Might be best to take it to a Kenwood dealer or shop and pay a few bucks to have it done. If you are so inclined the cable can be found on Ebay for under $10.00. Google KPG-120D and you can find sources t...

Re: IC-F121 clone mode ?
The radio should just read, no special mode to put it into. You mentioned OPC-1122, thats the serial verison. If that is correct are you using a USB serial adapter? This sort of looks like a computer issue or cable. Do you have access to a different computer? Also make sure the comm port you selecte...
