I was hoping that there was something that I could do with the "MNU" function on the face of the radio.

We have a GE MDX PM82SM in the fire administration offices so that the chief and everyone else can hear the department radio traffic. This radio admits a beep at the beginning of each transmission. I know that there must be a menu setting somewhere to turn this beep off. I don't have the owners manu...
