Press and hold the first soft key while also pressing the power button. You should get "PC CLONE" in the display. Sometimes you need to power off both heads, t...

Master ll repeater

Master ll repeaters will tune down to 440. But, on the other end, how far will they tune up??

Looking to get 475.5 on the rx end, and 472 on the tx end. Price was right on the equipment. Already have duplexer, and icoms.

 VERTEX. The 920 limited keypad will do 500+ channels, and with the option board, MDC1200 encode and decode. it will also decode DTMF ani on the same channel with mdc1200. We found that out by a programming error which worked to our benifit. Pricing in line with motorola, and speaker mikes tha...

I know with the BSC5000 base station, you get this little jumper that screws on the radio left side mike jack, then plugs in the back of the mike jack on the front of the base station. I asked one of our techs about your problem. He said try it. He remembers doing something of the same when he lost ...

 We also use both MDC 1200 and DTMF ANI. We can actually decode both with the 920.

Our VX4200 control station will also. Nice advantage. Some of the guys were complaining about the way to grip the submersible speaker mike. After two weeks, no more complaints.

Probably is a firmware issue. I discussed this with our "Vertex King" in the shop today. he aske me to e-mail our tech contact at vertex about this issue. I program my radios I own with a softkey for talk around, so I can load more channels. Most of our customers, 99%, use another channel allocation...
