SP tune allows you to enter any freq,but you must have the low split 730 and it is unlocking.
You will have to adjust the VCO to go higher and you will lose some of the low freqs.

Try east coast transistor for the manual. The software is dos and a usb port is not dos controlled. It may work in a win98 dos window,but I would not chance it.

You are using the correct software. There are no tricks needed to program,as the software/cable put the radio in program mode. Make sure you have selected the correct com port.

It is plug and play and easy to set up. You DO need to short W106 on the control unit(under the small cover) to increase audio through the remote cable.
