Could be wrong though.

Because it's not clear and I am not an attorney, there are no exceptions to this rule. Sorry guys!

Re: Forum Re-Alignment and Additions

Looks great Alex. Only thing I would suggest is under "Amateur" and "Commercial" is putting "Other" to accomodate other manufactures, as an example such as Alinco which does not seem to fit any where. I could make an Alinco forum if you guys think there is enough "...

Forum Re-Alignment and Additions

Gals/Guys -

There are now 3 new forums here:

- Thales / Racal

You will also notice that the main page with the forum listings have been realigned - there is now 3 main categories - Commercial, Amateur, and Infrastructure/Console Equipment.

Enjoy.

index.php?mark=forums

It's on the main forum page in the top right corner of the forum listing, or just bookmark that link.

Re: About this board???

Is there any way to automatically mark the forum's as read once one has visited the board? An example: I visit, I see new posts have been made, some I am not interested in reading. I leave.... I come back a week later and the same posts I saw and were not interested in reading are still tagged as n...

Re: Kenwood TK480 Programming Problem.

We have no other kenwood radios to even test the cable with. I have another factory cable that I can try later and see if that's the issue itself. The screen does change if you try and read the radio - but the software just errors out. So IDK what the problem is. Annoying to say the least! At least ...

Kenwood TK480 Programming Problem.

I have a set of 6 TK480 Portables that I'm trying to program... I have version 3.x for dos, and a cable, howerver, the radios will not read or program. I'm using a pure dos (6.22) laptop, and serial cable to do the programming.

Any suggestions?

Re: Registered users??

it's actually so that board data can get indexed. It allows me to go in and say this person has permission to index or see a forum, while if you weren't registered, you couldn't see the information. It also allows for tracking of the bots, or even flat out denying them the ability to index the site....

Re: Upgrading Forum

I'll go in to the database and flip peoples profiles to use the other style. I figured when I changed the board default, it would default to the older more "reasonable" style. I guess not. With the new fancy sub silver thing - the main page is way too busy with all the forums. I'm planning...

Re: Upgrading Forum

The forum software has been updated. I'm slowly working on fixing some of the interface stuff, and the styles.

If you have a problem, drop me a PM.
