I have lost the manual for my old uhf brick.

MPI II mic gain
Has anyone upped the mic gain on an MPI or MPI II? I have had both and you have to eat the radio to get the thing to deviate.
Mabey I just had two bad elements? I have a third and will check it soon.

The P96a is a replacement for the TQ3370 so it will work to program the S825 control head. So it will work indirectly to program the Rangr if the S825 (and the jumpers in the radio) is set to download.
