I thought I landed in radio heaven when finding this site, however, I noticed there's no forums for Motorolas... how come?

The reason I asked is because I was considering bidding on a Motorola Maxtrac 300 VHF, but I know nothing about them. I don't know what it takes to program them software or hardware wise.

...the information I've collected on Kenwoods is GREAT! I'd like to find similar info for Motorolas....

There's no forums here for that reason.

I run the Motorola one at the site k2hz posted.

Why would I duplicate it here....

Because it's easier to register here ??
(Just bustin yer chops - no harm or disrespect intended)

On a serious note Alex, I am having trouble getting registered at Batlabs and have sent you an e-mail regarding my problem.

Thanks in advance for your assistance and for running a great site like batlabs for the Moto bunch.

You can actually thank the people who cause issues with the board for your problems with this - I manually approve everyone who signs up to curtail certain issues that have come up in the past. Sometimes I get everyone I should, sometimes I shouldn't.

Whats your name on there and i'll fix it.

Alex,
Trust me I understand.
I do IT/MS work for a living & I have been a Administrator / Moderator for several Online Chat rooms before - I know exactly what you speak of with the trouble makers.
Name there is same as here. N2DFire

Thanks for the help.
