I recently had a Federal Informer installed but I cant figure out how to make it alert for a longer period of time than it currently alerts for (3/4 second) which people are sleeping thru.. any ideas?

The alert tone length is selectable in the menu under audible tone length (lower right hand corner). You can set it from 0 - 254 seconds.
