Midians VPU-8 Voice Inversion Scramblers

Anyone know if these are compatible with M1225s, HT1000s, Maxtrac 800s, Radius M216, etc?

Not sure what the vpu-8 is but I use the vpu-11 in my radios motorola kenwood icom
