UHF radio installation into a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid

I have a police department customer that has ordered a number of 2008
Honda Civic Hybrid cars for their detective department. They want to
install 25 watt, UHF mobile radios in them, a siren, as well as some
emergency lights on the rear deck and sun visors.
Has any one had any experience with installing the radios and emergency equipment
into these cars? What special precoutions have to be taken, and is there a
special electrical location for this type of add on equipment?
I have to think that my customer is not the first public safety entity
to order these vehicles.
And if not the Honda Hybrid, any Hybrid vehicle experience that anyone has had
would certainly be helpful.
Thanks

I did a MCS2000 UHF radio install in the ford hybrid suv ( i think it was the escape model ) and there was no difference from any other install I have done in the past. All the same precautions ( air bag clearances, hole drilling clearances, etc. ) as any other vehicle.

Shoot, the detective cars will outrun the patrol cars now... The hybrid is no slouch.
