VX900 question
Well, it's time we switched from the big-M to a better brand. Looking at the VX900 it seems nice and I've heard mostly good about it. I have a question pertaining to the its scanning abilities. Can you do different scan lists for each zone/group, or set to each channel? Thanks.

VX900 scanning/scanlist scheme...
The VX900 scans either one zone at a time or all zones at one time, the latter of which is known as Group Scan. Within each zone you program each channel to be scanned or not scanned. You can also temporarily "drop" a zone if need be.
It is NOT like a Saber scanlist where the list can be made up of channels from different zones. Rather, it is somewhat more limited, although in the Group Scan mode you could conceivably be scanning 512 channels.
