Getting the jack around from their so-called "Service dept" have sent a unit in 3 times for warranty service. I'd expect this from Mexirola but not V-S.
Anyone have a good contact info for their US HQ? Someone at the executive level. I am that serious. These people are trying their level best to assue that I and my company will NEVER buy a V-S product in the future. It's an issue that I feel can be resolved if someone of competency (which is very lacking at their service depot I might add) could fix if I could get in touch with them.
