VX-300 programming needed

I have a VX-300 that has lost its programming due to power loss over an extended period of time. I cannot find a dealer to program it for me. If anyone out there has the capabilities, please let me know. I would like to conduct business.

I can still program the VX-300; sold about 80 of them over the years.
