The Radio Information Board

I just purchased a used VX-510 and came with the software and cable. Is there a program manuel that gives you step by step instructions on how to program the radio?

its in the service manual

but its not hard just use a dos computer ( not a windows computer a true DOS computer not faster then 100mhz ) and just type in the fields what you need after you read the radio make the changes as needed
