VX-3200V on 2 meters with CE-52

I have purchased a VX-3200V and have the CE-52 software, version 2.00 I have hex edited the Motorola RSS for the Maxtracs and Sabers in the past, and feel fairly comfortable using Hex Workshop, but I can't seem to figure out how to hex edit the CE-52 software.

I searched the .exe for 80D4E100 which is 14800000 and found it in two places. But, after editing those two places to 00BADB00 (14400000) the band split limits still haven't changed.

Has anyone successfully converted the VX-3200 for ham use? I appreciate any help.

Never mind......got my hands on CE-52E version 3.00b

Programs it just fine.
