Hello I just purchased a used Vertex Vxr-7000 repeater and I am trying to locate the correct programming cable to work with the CE27 programming software, but I am not sure is this cable I am currently looking at to purchase is the correct cable or not, can someone please look at this and tell me if its the correct cable I need please?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Programming-Cab ... Swd4tT-Cml

It says on the listing it Replaces The Vertex Standard CT-104A, FIF-12A, FIF-10A, VX-VPL1, CT-126, CT127, CT-106
And it states that No Radio Interface Box Needed and it Plugs directly to Serial port. Can someone please comment on whether this will work with my VXR-7000?

Right now the repeater and internal Duplexer is currently set and tuned on rx 153.000 MHz and tx 158.000 mhz... I am going to be programming it to Rx 146.380 and Tx 146.980.. Will the internal Duplexers work with a 0.6mhz separation ? Thanks so much for your input and help... Chris

The internal duplexer will not work with .6 mHz spacing. Look at the physical size of such a duplexer.
I only use factory original programming cables. No ebay junk. Vertex calls for VPL-1 RJ-45 or CT-29/CT-126 serial cable.
FIF10A or FIF-12A/CT-104A USB cable.

The specs on a VXR7000 are 150-174 MHz and 50 watts.
