I just spent $50.00 hard earned bucks.
I'm a sucker but I just bought four, "4 Uniden 4525KT" and three, "3 Standard 1525DT" UHF radios with some accessories.
Not enough for all seven radios but as per your question.
I have one each Uniden and Standard opened up on the bench right now.
I see no difference in the guts. Every component is exactly the same on the PC of both radios.

The Standards have been modified with wiring going to the front panel and exiting the rear via standard gray satin telco cable plugged into a straight through adapter, "female to female."
The other end of the adapter has a RJ-11 plugged into it and is hard wired into another little box with the label.........

EXCELUS Z-BLOCKER
DSL FILTER MODEL Z330P2J

The other end of the Z-Blocker has two female ports labeled phone
The other labeled.... DSL/HPN?????.
Boy have I gotten behind. What is HPN????
