Midland Model 70

I have a VHF Model 70 with a remote scan head. Does anyone have the instructions as to how I program the scan list into the head on this radio?

Model 70 what? Midland model numbers are in the format of 70-1495, or 70-1336, or the like. What are the numbers following the 70?
