The Radio Information Board

I have a Syntech II, Low Power VHF w/ the small control head. Somehow, I think I managed to hit the programming cable while it was programming and now when I power on the radio it shows "E10" for Synthesizer unlocked at center frequency. Anyone know how I can fix this and can anyone send some instructions/guidance my way on how to program these things. I can program Motorola al day long. I am new to programming these. I am using the windows base software for it.

I am in a pinch for time, so if anyone could help me out quick, I would greatly appreciate it.
