The Radio Information Board

Hi I so need drastic help.

I have a midland syntech model 70-3400B with a deluxe head. I have obtained the information and a cable and when i went to program the software I am having a major problem. I tried to put in a test channel however I get the following errors: E02, E03, and E05. Along with that when I download to the radio i occasionally get the error E50. I have no clue what any of this means and I can't find the information online. Can anyone help me out?

I was successful in getting the radio to be remove errors to only e03 but now i am starting to get error 3, 5 and 9. I have tired to program as before and had no success. Any help?
