Midland 70-1544B Programing?

Post by Hairbag »

Anybody out there know anything about reprogramming a Titan UHF radio??
Do these require an UV light to wipe the EPROM?
Are the programming cables ridiculously hard to find everywhere else in the US? (I'm in KY, nothing here, at least nobody claims to have anything of the sort.)

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

PC Programming Software - Midland P/N 70-1470 executable file is called "titan320.exe"
PC Programming Cable - Midland P/N 70-1309

Titans program through the RJ45 mic connector on the front.

This outfit sells the Midland XTR cable and the Bantam/Titan adapter
