Programming a Midland Titan out of band???

HI all,
Is there any way of programming a low band Titan "B Split" (35-42 MHz) to accept frequencies in the 43 MHz range and work properly???
I have 2 frequencies in the lower portion of the 43 MHz band I need to program, and have never messed with the Titan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
