Jeez, Chris, I owe you a HUGE apology!!!!

I thought I had remailed it, and had set it aside. I sent it out a couple of days ago -- you should have it soon.

If you don't have it in a week, let me know!!

Again, my apologies!

Gordon,
I got it today, thanks. Boy it sure is short, I would have thought 800 if I was digging through a junkbox for it. Works fine.

Thanks again.

Glad you like it - I was surprised as well - it seems M/A com's are shorter than everyone else's...

(insert joke here).

Glad I could help you out.

Hi I got one of those antennas from Gordon and it does not have 2 red bands on top. It is also 2 1/4 inches tall when screwed into the MPA which is the same length as the UHF stubby on my MT2000.

If I remember correctly, the GE branded ones have the two red bands on all the antennas, no matter the bands. The aftermarkets do not. For what it's worth, I prefer Centurions...

GE antennas should be brown for VHF, red for UHF, yellow for 800, and green for 900.
