D29MTX Orion info

Post by electromech »

Hello,
Would someone be able to tell me if the Above Radio would be able to operate on a conventional channel basis with the correct programming ?
I understand the radio is UHF 900mhz Edacs Orion but am none the wiser about its conventional channel capabilities.
If anybody could enlighten me as to approx. how many conventional channel frequencies could be programmed into this unit i would be grateful.

Regards,

Any EDACS radio (Orion or not) will always be able to do some conventional channels.
My uneducated guess is you should be able to do 192 or more channels
and EDACS groups total from a model number D29MTX.
