Downgrading flash code for Programmer use... help needed

Newer flash codes from R13 and onwards require RPM to be able to read & write personalities, and are incompatible with Programmer. Programmer can't read or even blindly overwrite any personalities in radios with R13 code... it needs at the latest R11 flash code.

Thankfully, for those with only Programmer at their disposal, there is a process to downgrade the flash code to a 'Programmer friendly' R11 (or earlier) version.

Unfortunately, the process assumes you have RPM, and can copy a file from RPM to Programmer. But if you had RPM in the first place, the need for the procedure is somewhat redundant.

So, is there some kind soul out there who could assist me with some sort of alternative method (perhaps info on how to insert the original boot loader into the target radio via HDT?) in the absence of file R0R08B03.bin that would enable Programmer to revert the flash code to an earlier version?
