PRC-148 MBITR PC Programmer

Hi

Every One, I'm new guy here. I wounding know does the Thales AN/PRC-148 MBITR has commercial model? I saw a wed sit selling AN/PRC-148 MBITR and they put on the word "commercial" behind a few model.

Also is there some one has PRC-148 MBITR PC Programmer?

Yes, the PRC6809 is the "Clear" MBITR with only DES encryption but they will only sell it to agencies, not individuals.
