Help.


I am trying to figure out these scan setting but have been unable to.

I want the radio when scanning to remain on the channel that I activate the scan on and then key up on that channel when I hit the transmit button. Right now, the radio TX's on whatever the last channel is that the radio landed on when in scan. It does not matter if the transmission ended 2 seconds or 30 seconds on that channel.

Example

1. Radio started on Channel 1...
2. Radio receives traffic on Channel 4...
3. Radio now reverts to Channel 4 when you key up...
4. Radio also if you deactivate scan reverts to channel 4....

I have played with some settings including , "Talk back" to 0 seconds and it is still doing it...

do you have your priority set for channel select ? also what scan mode do you have setup ? There are many settings in the radio to do with scan.

How do you set up the priority for the Select channel? I believe this is my issue. I see things like "PriorityA" and what not...

I believe if I can get it on selected channel prioruty, that would solve the problem. Channel select meaning the channel the dial is select on...
