TM0733 All locked up

I tried to post this yesterday

I have a TM-733 I got a few years back, It has been a good radio but now when I turn it on the unit is locked, I can not control anything save volume and squelch. I can not change band, frequency or anything else. Froze solid. Can't even turn it off.. I have to unplug it

I tried both the partial and full reset procedures in the manual.. No joy there either.

Any suggestions?
