Kenwood TK360

I have 2 TK360 No chargers but they are charged and talk to each other.
Is this radio user programmable?
What would they be worth?
I need a couple of VHF Portables for the Local Volunteer Fire Department, if any wants some kind of trade.

Sorry but the 360 is NOT user programmable. Talk to your local dealer about programming The tk340 is though, look on ebay for a good tk240(vhf model). Mine (340g) works great
