Sorry if this has been covered (I searched, honest.) Need pinout for TK 840 6 pin mic jack or any mod to use another mic with this radio.

pin 1=switched b+
pin 2=PTT Ground
pin 3=PTT
pin 4=Mic Ground
pin 5=Mic High
pin 6=hook/monitor

No prob! all Kenwood Land mobile 6 pin mics are wired the same,ditto for the 8 pin mics
