Programming Question

Post by coenen1 »

Can I program a TK-250 with the TK-270G software or do I need a different version?

Thanks

I believe you will need different software. The KPG-56D version I have does not list a 250. In fact, it will not program a TK-270. It will program a TK-270g-1, but not a plain TK-270.

Want to buy a TK-270 (not a g-1) at a good price?
I don't know much about 2-way radios but I'm over 50 and can't remember not having one around. Everything from Buddy and Citi-fone to Icom and Kenwood.

Does anyone know which software will program a Kenwood TK-500 and where I can buy a copy.

Thanks

Sorry, I shouldn't type stuff when I'm tired. I'm actually looking for software and programming cable for a TK-350(g).

You will need KPG-23D software from a dealer and the cable you can find on EBAY.
