TK-630 LOWBAND FIRMWARE

Hi all, could some one please give me the part number of the last/latest firmware IC for the lowband tk-630 mobile. My VCO seems to want to come unlocked for no reason, VCO has been set but at times when turning it on it will unlock. any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you very much. Thanks for your reply, I also have this list of parts numbers for the firmware IC but it dosent say weather this is the same at what I have or a newer version. I should have checked the part number before posting this so in the mean time what would you suggest? Its on 6M. Davie

I am actually not familiar with VCO adjustments on the 630. I have one, and a 730 and several 830's but never had to adjust one. Are you using it out of band, like 50-54 Mhz and if so is it the high split radio?
A search here on the board might dig up some info on VCO adjustments.
