Lowband rubber ducky

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone makes a lowband antenna for the TK-190 HT that will cover the 29.6 mhz Ham band nicely. I was able to get custom cut rubber ducks for my P200's on 6 meters but they cost $40 ea. and took 5 months to get them. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.
