TK-2100 programming

Question about the TK-2100.
I noticed that in the user manual that you can select from pre-programmed frequencies (MURS) by a series of button pushes. I also noticed that there is KPG-48D software for the 2100. Can you change the pre-programmed frequencies using the software and then select them the same way?
