tk-X90 buttons and covers

Does anyone have any covers for the KRK remote heads these are the plastic ones were the control cable attaches. I need 4 for the install in my wifes car. Also the little button inserts, Specifically D/A, CH1, CH2, SQ or SQL TA. If you have some laying around I could sure use them. my email is w7owc AT att DOT net. Thank you.
